For small groups of 6 or less, you could travel in a Mercedes Vito or VW Kombi. However once your group is any bigger than this, you have two real options.
The first is the
Toyota Quantum. This is a great vehicle for short tours, transfers, and day trips where you will not be travelling for too long at any one time. It does have seating for 14 ( including driver ), but we would recommend limiting your numbers to less than this in the interests of comfort.
The other advantage of the Quantum is its affordability. This is a smaller and cheaper vehicle, so if price is of paramount importance, this is the vehicle for you.
For a more comfortable option however, you need look no further than the Sprinter.
Configured to seat either 14 or 18 people ( including driver ), these vehicles have parcel shelves with ducted airconditioning, and individual reclining seats.
These Sprinters also have passenger curtains, so after a tough day of wine tasting you will be able to draw the curtain, tilt your seat back and enjoy the trip home.
